We will shortly be upgrading our website to make the order, removal, and renewal process faster and more efficient. The planned upgrade should take place this Friday the 15th of August or shortly before.
Because of security you will have to reset your password to access your account. When you are prompted with the login screen simply click "Forgot Password" and chose the option to reset your password by email.
A password reset email will be sent to the email address on file with instructions for you to follow.
Your default UserID is your first name followed by your lastname seperated by a dot, i.e., firstname.lastname
The new website will also allow for credit card ordering, so depending on your previous account you many need to add a credit card to the system. You can access the credit card page at My Account > Credit Cards in the menu system.
Upon logging in, please verify that your account is accurate and that all your posts have been moved over correctly by viewing your My In-Use Inventory page via the My Account menu. If you find that any are missing or have wrong info please call us at the office so we can correct these problems.
